- I placed my order last night online and
requested Next Day Air Shipment.
 When will my order be shipped?

Orders take a minimum of 24-48 hours to process.
 When processing, expedited shipping requests get moved to the front to get completed as soon as possible.
 Often times, in order to save time, we have stock shipped directly from the manufacturer, who may or may not be able to ship the same day that the order is requested.
 You will receive your order within 24 hours of it being shipped to you.
- How much is shipping?

Shipping is determined by weight and zone. We weigh all shipments at the time of shipping and determine shipping costs at that time.
 This is how we save our customers money by only charging what it costs to ship the package. Often times, we will ship directly from the manufacturers, so we cannot determine the shipping cost until we receive an invoice from the manufacturer. That is when we will charge you for the shipping and the goods that you requested.
- Can I order samples for sizing purposes?

Yes. We recommend that you choose every other size in order to help keep your initial costs down. IE, A Small and a Large or a Medium and an Extra Large.
- How do I return an Item?

Call us at 1/800-247-6227 to get a Return Authorization Number for items purchased within 30 days.
 DO NOT simply return it to us or to the address from which it came. Often times we will have product shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If you were to return items to the manufacturer, then you would be responsible for its whereabouts.
 We will credit your account upon receipt of your returns package. Returns take about a week after receipt to process.
 Please make sure that you indicate your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box for identification purposes.
 We will not accept packages marked for COD payment or Bill Recipient. We will only credit you for the merchandise returned and not for the cost of shipping incurred by you, unless it was an error in shipping.
 Please keep a record of your returns tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

- What if my shoes or apparel are defective?

New Horizons In Sports selects only the highest quality of products specifically for their quality and performance.
 All items are guaranteed against manufacturers defects and workmanship.
 With the correct care and normal use, most items will show signs of defect within the first two months of ownership and use.
 You may return defective items within 60 days of purchase. New Horizons will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product if the product is deemed defective.
 Please follow the procedures for returns by obtaining a Return Authorization Number and send the defective item(s) back to New Horizons In Sports.
- How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

You can track your order by sending an email to shipping_receiving@newhorizonssoccer.com.
 Please include in your message your name, telephone number, order number, zip code, and date order was submitted.
 You will receive a tracking number and a link to your tracking information via email.
