METHODS OF PAYMENT for Domestic Orders 

Online: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A sevice charge of 3% will be charged on orders of $500 ot more. We do have the option of paying with an online check at no additional charge.

Phone or Mail Order: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or School Purchase Orders. NET 10 DAYS FROM INVOICE. All credit card orders over $500 will carry a 3% service charge. Bank transfer may be a better method for your purchase.

No C.O.D.s. All returned checks are subject to a $25 penalty.


METHODS OF PAYMENT for International Orders

Online: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. A 3% Service Charge will be charged if a credit card is used. We do have the option of online check payment without an additional fee.

All International Orders must be prepaid before processing:

  1. A copy of your credit card billing statement with your billing address clearly legible.

  2. A copy of your government issued identification that also lists the
    same billing address as on your credit card statement.

We are a TEAM WEBSITE and will only fill orders of 8 or more. On ocasion, if we have product available we may accomodate smaller orders. Please request an availability check via email for product availability for orders less than 8 pieces. You can order by phone, fax, email or via our website. If there are any problems with your TEAM order, we will try to notify you within 48 hours. Smaller orders will be filled only by email permission.

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of their receipt. Orders may take up to a week to ship during our busy season.

Orders are processed Monday-Thursday from 10:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. EST. Friday 10:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m.

Shipping costs are based on weight, zone and size of box.  The shopping cart will calculate a shipping charge that may or may not be accurate to the actual weight of the package when shipped. Please keep in mind that in most cases the shipping charges are calculated as more than actual costs, but there are times when actual costs are more than estimated.  We prefer to only charge what it costs, versus charge a set price that is dependent on dollar amount spent in order to pass along saving to our customers.  We do not charge a handling fee.

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed Ex 
unless expedited service is specified. Canadien orders are shipped USPS unless a special request is made.

Third Day Ground (arrives 3 days after the day of shipping)
Second Day Air (arrives 2 days after the day of shipping) 
Next Day Air
(arrives the day after the day of shipping) 

Federal Express is available by request.  

To expedite our service, we may drop ship out of stock items directly from suppliers. Back orders will be filled upon availability. Customers will be notified of all back orders. 



At New Horizons In Sports, we select products that uphold our highest standards of quality. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned within 30 days of shipment, in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will pay the shipping costs.  NO ITEM may be returned after 30 days of shipment date.  Return authorization numbers must be obtained before any item may be returned. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM DIRECTLY TO THE VENDOR ex NIKE, ADIDAS, PUMA, DIADORA ETC.

All items are guaranteed against manufacturers defects and workmanship. You may return defective items within 60 days of purchase. New Horizons will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product if the product is deemed defective. Many of the items that we offer, mainly shoes, require maintenance and care because of the materials that they are made of. Please ask your sales representative about what maintenance and care products we offer that can help extend the life of your shoes.

No item can be returned if it has been screened, numbered, or embroidered. All returns must be authorized and a return authorization number must be obtained prior to returning.  Please call 802-658-6179 for a return authorization number. There will be a 25% restocking fee for team orders that have not been personalized.



Samples for sizing are available upon request. Samples will be charged at Retail Price, with a credit for the difference given at the time of ordering.



If you find a lower everyday price from a current national mail order catalogue, we will match the price, just mail or fax us the price out of the catalog. Closeout prices cannot be matched.
